About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth by connecting Fortune 500 companies with Training Camp's transformative IT certification solutions. You'll be responsible for developing strategic relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their workforce development needs, and positioning Training Camp as their trusted partner in technical education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close enterprise-level opportunities with organizations investing $100K+ in training annually
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships within target accounts
  • Develop customized training proposals that align with client business objectives and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with our educational team to design enterprise learning pathways
  • Manage complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and renewal
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Represent Training Camp at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in education, SaaS, or professional services
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure deals with Fortune 1000 companies
  • Deep understanding of corporate learning & development and IT workforce challenges
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • IT certifications or technical background is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Join our Government Services team as a Transition Support Specialist, helping military veterans and government employees successfully transition to civilian IT careers. You'll guide participants through our certification programs, connect them with resources, and ensure they're prepared for their next career chapter. This role combines career counseling, program management, and a deep commitment to serving those who've served our country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive transition support to military veterans and government employees entering IT careers
  • Conduct career assessments and develop personalized certification pathways based on individual backgrounds and goals
  • Navigate VA benefits, GI Bill processes, and other funding sources to maximize training opportunities
  • Facilitate workshops on resume writing, interview preparation, and civilian workplace transition
  • Build relationships with government agencies, military transition offices, and veteran organizations
  • Track participant progress and provide ongoing mentorship throughout their certification journey
  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure curriculum meets the unique needs of transitioning service members
  • Maintain knowledge of DoD 8570/8140 requirements and government contracting opportunities
  • Connect graduates with employment opportunities through our partner network

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years experience in career counseling, veteran services, or military transition support
  • Deep understanding of military culture and the challenges of civilian transition
  • Knowledge of VA education benefits, GI Bill, and military credentialing programs
  • Familiarity with DoD 8570/8140 directives and government IT requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse populations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, human resources, education, or related field
  • Military service or previous work with veteran populations strongly preferred
  • Active Secret clearance is a plus
  • IT certifications or technical background beneficial
