CNAPP unifies cloud posture, workload, identity, and code security into one platform for end-to-end cloud-native application protection.
Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) Definition: CNAPP unifies cloud posture, workload, identity, and code security into one platform for end-to-end cloud-native application protection.
A Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform CNAPP is an integrated security suite that consolidates cloud security posture management, cloud workload protection, infrastructure-as-code scanning, entitlement management, and identity risk into a single platform. By unifying these capabilities, a CNAPP gives security teams end-to-end visibility across the full lifecycle of cloud-native applications, from code to runtime. The concept was defined by Gartner to address tool sprawl in multi-cloud environments.
Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) is one of the topics you'll master in the Official ISC2 CCSP Boot Camp.
