Understanding RSPAN Remote (SPAN)

RSPAN (Remote SPAN) is a feature in network switches that allows the monitoring of network traffic from a remote location. With RSPAN, a copy of network packets is sent over a separate VLAN to a monitoring device, enabling network administrators to analyze and troubleshoot network issues without having to be physically present at the location where the monitored network devices are connected.
