VP of Sales | Training Camp

ISACA Champion Certification Expert Disc Golf Player Client Advocate

Ken Sahs is the VP of Sales at Training Camp, where he leads the company's sales team and oversees all ISACA certification programs. Known across the industry as "The Cert Guy," he helps organizations navigate IT governance and risk management certifications, including CISA, CISM, and CRISC. He works directly with enterprise clients to build training programs that not only get their teams certified but also solve real business challenges.

Before joining Training Camp, Ken worked inside ISACA itself, first as an enterprise business development representative and then as an account manager delivering white glove service to enterprise accounts. That background gives him a rare, first-hand read on how the CISA, CISM, and CRISC programs actually work, and it shaped the ISACA practice he went on to build at Training Camp into one of the company's most successful programs. He's known for his hands-on approach and what he calls "white glove service," making sure every client gets exactly what they need to succeed. His blend of sales expertise and deep certification knowledge makes him a trusted advisor for companies looking to strengthen their IT governance and security teams.

Ken regularly speaks at universities and professional events about cybersecurity careers and certification strategies. He's presented at schools like the University of Arkansas, where he helps students and professionals understand which certifications will actually advance their careers. A graduate of Robert Morris University in Illinois with a Bachelor's in Management and Finance, he brings a business-first lens to those conversations, and his practical, no-nonsense approach cuts through the confusion of the certification landscape to give people clear paths forward.

When he's not helping clients or closing deals, Ken is an avid disc golf player who takes the sport seriously. He's competed in over 50 tournaments across the United States and Europe, combining his love of competition with his passion for outdoor activities. Whether he's on the disc golf course or cheering on his favorite football team, Ken brings the same energy and strategic thinking that makes him successful in the business world. Fun fact: Ken's Spanish nickname is "más corto que Roberto".
