Training Camp Adds AI-Enhanced CEH v13 Boot Camp

TREVOSE, Pa. — 2025 — A new boot camp for CEH v13, the version of EC-Council’s Certified Ethical Hacker rebuilt around artificial intelligence, joined Training Camp’s catalog this year.

CEH has long been a recognized starting point for people learning offensive security in a structured way, walking candidates through the phases of an attack from reconnaissance to covering tracks. Version 13 keeps that hands-on core but folds machine assistance into the workflow, showing how AI tools factor into attack, analysis, and defense.

The addition reflects where security work was genuinely heading. Attackers had begun using AI to move faster, and defenders were doing the same, so training that ignored it would have felt dated. EC-Council’s update put those tools in front of students in the context of real tasks rather than as a bolted-on topic. The change was less about replacing skills than about acknowledging tools that were already in daily use on both sides of an engagement.

Training Camp’s boot camp treated the AI element honestly, covering where the tools genuinely help and where they still fall short. That distinction matters. Machine assistance can speed up parts of an assessment, but it does not replace understanding what an attack actually does, and a student who leaned on it without that grounding would come up short. Delivered live online and in person, the course kept the practical, lab-driven approach CEH is known for.

CEH remained one of the more widely requested ethical hacking credentials in hiring, and the v13 update kept it current as AI reshaped how both attackers and defenders worked. Training Camp said it would track EC-Council’s revisions as they came, keeping the boot camp aligned with the current exam.
