September 26, 2008 — Training Camp, a leading accelerated IT training provider, announced two new courses on Customer Relationship Management: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Applications and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Installations and Deployment.

“Customer Relationship Management has become key to a company’s success in the long run,”

— Steve Gaudino, Chief Operating Officer, Training Camp

Gaudino noted that the new courses prepare professionals to make that kind of impact through hands-on CRM configuration. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 gave organizations a single platform to manage sales, marketing, and customer service, and demand was growing for administrators and consultants who could deploy and customize it.

The Applications course covers configuration, management, customization, new features, installation and Windows Vista networking. Completers earn Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist and Professional Application certifications. The Installations and Deployment course addresses CRM components, installation, deployment, upgrades, repairs, and server configuration and troubleshooting. Graduates receive certifications including Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist, Professional Installation and Deployment, and two MCTS Windows Server 2008 certifications.

The two tracks are built to complement each other: the Applications course suits professionals who configure and tailor CRM for end users, while the Installations and Deployment course targets the administrators who stand the system up and keep it running. Together they cover the full lifecycle of a Dynamics CRM 4.0 deployment.

Both programs feature intensive hands-on training using Training Camp’s Lecture/Lab/Review delivery method, comprehensive study materials, pre-class mentoring, 24-hour lab access, instructor support, examination vouchers, on-site testing, and a three-day hotel package with meals and refreshments.

Offered on Training Camp’s accelerated schedule, the two courses let working IT professionals add a fast-growing Microsoft business-applications skill set without extended time away from the office.
