    The Transforming Cyber Leadership Workshop is designed for ISC2-certified professionals, directors and technical SMEs preparing to take on board-level responsibilities or align cybersecurity programs with business goals.     There are no formal prerequisites. The workshop is designed for cybersecurity professionals with leadership experience or those preparing to step into senior leadership roles. An ISC2 certification such as CISSP, CCSP or SSCP is recommended but not required, and prior experience working with executive teams or stakeholders outside of IT is helpful.

    How many CPE credits does the Transforming Cyber Leadership Workshop provide? Participants earn 16 CPE credits toward maintaining ISC2 certifications such as CISSP, CCSP and SSCP. Virtual participants earn 10 CPE credits. All attendees receive a certificate of completion and a digital Credly badge upon finishing the workshop. ISC2 member credits are typically added to profiles within 7 to 10 working days after the event.

    Participants leave with CPE credits (16 in-person or 10 virtual), a certificate of completion and a digital Credly badge. Beyond credentials, attendees gain a personal leadership action plan, frameworks for executive and board communication and proven approaches for stakeholder management, team leadership and cross-functional influence.
