VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) is a network protocol that provides high availability by allowing multiple routers to work together in a group, with one router acting as the master and the others as backups. If the master router fails, one of the backup routers will take over the routing responsibilities to ensure continuous network operation.
