Training Camp Terms & Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing enrollment, making payment, or accessing any Training Camp services, you:

• Confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety
• Acknowledge that all sales are final except as explicitly stated herein
• Agree to follow our dispute resolution process for any concerns
• Confirm the billing address and credit card information provided are accurate and authorized
• Consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delaware courts for any legal proceedings

2. PUBLIC SCHEDULE TRAINING - CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

2.1 Cancellation with Full Refund (16+ Calendar Days Notice)

• Requirement: Written cancellation request must be received via email at support@trainingcamp.com at least 16 calendar days before course start date
• Confirmation: You will receive written confirmation of cancellation within 48 business hours
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmed cancellation
• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

2.2 Late Cancellation (Less Than 16 Days Notice)

• NO REFUNDS are available for cancellations made less than 16 calendar days before course start
• Course credit may be applied to future enrollment within 6 months (see rescheduling policy below)
• Failure to attend without notice results in COMPLETE FORFEITURE of all fees paid

2.3 Rescheduling Policy

• 16+ Days Notice: One free reschedule to any available date within 12 months
• 15 Days or Less Notice: $500 rescheduling fee plus any vendor/hotel change fees
• Maximum Reschedules: Two (2) per enrollment
• Time Limit: Must reschedule within 6 months or FORFEIT ALL FEES
• No-Show: Students who fail to attend without notice CANNOT reschedule and forfeit all fees

2.4 Course Materials & Supplies

• Pre-shipped materials are NON-REFUNDABLE once tracking shows delivery
• Digital materials are NON-REFUNDABLE once access credentials are sent

3. SELF-PACED ONLINE TRAINING

3.1 Digital Product Policy

ALL ONLINE/DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE

• Access credentials constitute delivery of digital goods
• No refunds once login credentials are generated (even if unused)
• No refunds for "buyer's remorse," technical difficulties, or failure to complete
• Bundle components cannot be refunded individually

3.2 Technical Requirements

By purchasing online training, you confirm:

• Your system meets all published technical requirements
• You have tested our free demo (if available)
• Technical issues on your end do not constitute grounds for refund

4. VENDOR CERTIFICATION EXAMS

4.1 Exam Vouchers

• Exam vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE once issued
• Vouchers expire per vendor terms
• Expired vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded
• Lost voucher codes cannot be reissued after 30 days

4.2 Exam Rescheduling/Cancellation Fees

• Subject to vendor's published policies
• Training Camp is not responsible for vendor policy changes

5. CERTIFICATION GUARANTEE PROGRAM

5.1 Exam Pass Guarantee - Strict Requirements

This is a LIMITED guarantee with specific conditions:

Eligibility Requirements (ALL must be met):

• Full attendance of all scheduled class days (no exceptions)
• Complete all pre-class assignments before Day 1
• Score 70% or higher on Training Camp practice exams
• Take certification exam within 30 days of course completion
• Provide exam failure documentation within 7 days of exam date
• Have no outstanding balance on account

What's Covered:

• ONE exam retake voucher
• Access to ONE virtual review session
• Valid for 12 months from original course start date

Class Retake Option:

• Students who fail the certification exam may attend ONE future scheduled class session within 12 months of their original course date
• IMPORTANT: Class retake is subject to open seat availability only
• Seats are provided on a space-available basis and cannot be guaranteed
• Priority given to new enrollments; retake students seated 5 days before class start
• No travel, lodging, or meal expenses covered for retake attendance
• Must complete original course in full to be eligible for retake option

What's NOT Covered:

• Travel, lodging, or meal expenses
• Lost wages or opportunity costs
• Additional training beyond one review session and one class retake
• Subsequent exam attempts after the guaranteed retake
• Any guarantee for students who don't meet ALL eligibility requirements
• Guaranteed seat in any specific future class session

5.2 Guarantee Claim Process

1. Email failure notice to support@trainingcamp.com within 7 days
2. Complete assigned remediation plan within 30 days
3. Pass Training Camp assessment with 80% or higher
4. Use retake voucher within exam vendor retry period restrictions

Failure to follow this exact process voids the guarantee

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

6.1 Required Dispute Resolution Process

All payment disputes or concerns MUST be addressed through our resolution process:

Step 1: Direct Contact Required

• Email billing@trainingcamp.com with specific concerns
• Include your enrollment details and nature of dispute
• Allow 10 business days for investigation and response

Step 2: Good Faith Resolution

• Our billing team will investigate and provide resolution options
• You agree to participate in good faith efforts to resolve concerns
• Most disputes are resolved within 10-15 business days

Step 3: Formal Mediation

• If not resolved in Step 2, formal mediation may be requested
• Both parties agree to participate in mediation if requested
• Mediation shall be conducted in accordance with Delaware law

6.2 Unauthorized Payment Disputes

Initiating payment disputes through your bank or credit card company without completing our resolution process constitutes breach of contract and will result in:

• Immediate suspension of all services and accounts
• Referral to collections for the full amount plus all associated fees
• Reporting to credit agencies
• Legal action for breach of contract including recovery of attorney fees
• Permanent ban from all Training Camp services

6.3 Binding Arbitration Agreement & Governing Law

GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

ARBITRATION: By enrolling, you agree that any disputes not resolved through our resolution process shall be settled by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You expressly waive any right to jury trial or participation in class action lawsuits.

JURISDICTION: For any matters not subject to arbitration, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

7. PAYMENT TERMS & AUTHORIZATION

7.1 Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you certify that:

• You are the authorized cardholder or account holder
• All billing information provided is accurate and complete
• You understand and agree to all charges as described
• You will follow our dispute resolution process for any concerns
• You acknowledge that digital products cannot be "returned"

7.2 Payment Processing

• Charges appear as "Training Camp" or "TC Education" on statements
• Full payment is required at time of enrollment
• Corporate purchase orders subject to separate terms
• International payments may incur additional processing fees

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RECORDING POLICY

• STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Recording (audio/video), photographing, or reproducing any course content
• Violation Penalty: Immediate course termination without refund plus potential legal action
• All materials are protected by copyright and provided for individual use only
• Sharing login credentials will result in immediate account termination
• Any intellectual property disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Training Camp's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Failure to pass any certification exam
• Career advancement or salary expectations
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Changes to vendor exam policies or content
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages

These limitations shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with Delaware law.

10. MODIFICATIONS & ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

10.1 Course Modifications

Training Camp reserves the right to:

• Substitute instructors without notice
• Convert in-person classes to virtual format if necessary
• Modify course schedules with reasonable notice
• Update course content to reflect current exam objectives

10.2 Acknowledgment of Terms

Your enrollment constitutes acknowledgment that you:

• Have read and understood these terms completely
• Agree to all policies without exception
• Understand the refund limitations
• Accept the dispute resolution requirements
• Accept delivery occurs upon credential issuance for digital products
• Consent to Delaware jurisdiction and governing law
