AI+ Security Level 2™ (AT-2102) is the practitioner-level credential in the AICERTS AI security track. Where Level 1 establishes the threat landscape, Level 2 is about doing the work: securing the machine learning pipeline, red teaming AI systems, designing isolation and zero trust patterns around models, and running incident response when an AI system is the thing that got compromised.

Security engineers, red teamers and penetration testers, MLOps and platform engineers, and application security staff who now own AI workloads. It suits people who already work in security or ML infrastructure and need the AI-specific offensive and defensive techniques rather than an introduction to the subject.

Level 1 is recommended but not required. What matters is that you arrive with working security or machine learning experience, because day one starts at advanced AI threats rather than definitions. Pre-course preparation refreshes the Level 1 material and gets your red team lab environment built before class begins.

Five days, one theme each. Day one is advanced AI threats, including deepfakes, AI-generated malware, and model-assisted vulnerability discovery. Day two is MLSecOps, building security into every stage of the ML lifecycle. Day three is red teaming AI systems with methodologies that go beyond traditional penetration testing. Day four is AI security architecture, zero trust, and isolation patterns. Day five is AI incident response and forensics, then exam preparation.

Level 1 identifies AI security threats and the compliance landscape around them. Level 2 is hands-on defense and offense against those threats at system level.
