This focused 2-day boot camp gives new project managers, accidental PMs, and team leads the foundational toolkit to run projects successfully without the certification track. You’ll work through project initiation and integration, scope, schedule and budget management, quality and risk, stakeholder engagement and communication, procurement, leading the project team, and Agile considerations. Hands-on exercises and templates make every concept directly usable on real projects. Built as a strong foundation for anyone considering CAPM or PMP later.

No PMBOK memorization, no formula drills. We cover what actually keeps projects on track: scope control, schedule and budget management, risk identification, stakeholder alignment, and clear status communication.
