You’ll work through project initiation and integration, scope, schedule and budget management, quality and risk, stakeholder engagement and communication, procurement, leading the project team, and Agile considerations. Hands-on exercises and templates make every concept directly usable on real projects. Built as a strong foundation for anyone considering CAPM or PMP later.
