Yes. PMP is the most recognized project management certification in the world and is consistently associated with higher salaries and broader opportunities across industries, from IT and construction to healthcare and finance.

A four-year degree with 36 months leading projects, or a high-school diploma with 60 months of experience, plus 35 hours of project management education. The Training Camp boot camp satisfies the 35 required education hours.

CAPM is entry-level with lighter prerequisites, aimed at those newer to project management. PMP is for experienced project leaders and carries far more market recognition and earning potential.

The PMP exam is rigorous. It covers people, process, and business environment across predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches. Structured boot-camp preparation with realistic practice questions is the most reliable path to passing.
