Most Teams Have AI Tools. Few Use Them Well.

Buying licenses is the easy part. The value comes when people know how to use AI in their own work, when builders can deploy it properly, and when there are clear rules for how AI is used across the organization. We cover both user-level and technical awareness, and the range of topics is wide: if your team needs it, ask.

  • Everyday users. Get real time savings from Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini in the work people already do.
  • Builders and IT. Develop, deploy, and manage AI with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, AWS, and Azure.
  • Governance and security. Set the policies, controls, and accountability for how AI is used, protect AI systems and data, and meet emerging compliance requirements.
  • Leaders. A clear picture of where AI fits, what it costs, and what to watch for, through an executive briefing.

Governance Isn't Optional

AI moves faster than most organizations' rules for it. Without governance, people make their own calls about what data goes into which tool, models get deployed without clear ownership, and risk builds up quietly. Governance is what lets you adopt AI with confidence instead of hoping nothing goes wrong.

78%

of AI users bring their own AI tools to work, and only 39% have received AI training from their company.

  • User-level awareness. What everyone needs to know: acceptable use, protecting sensitive data, checking AI output, and when to ask before using a tool.
  • Technical awareness. For the people who build, deploy, and secure AI: model and data risk, access controls, monitoring, and running models on your own infrastructure.
  • Governance programs. We help you design the program, then train the people who will own it and carry it into the organization.
Case Study

Fortune 500 Company

The need
The company was rolling out its own custom, on-premises large language model and related AI systems, and needed a governance program to go with it.
What we did
We worked with them to design an AI governance program for more than 50 employees. Our content development team then built it out for internal rollout, focused on awareness of their on-premises model and how it should be used and managed.
The result
Those 50+ employees were in positions to take responsibility for bringing AI governance and deployment into the rest of the organization.

Frequently Asked Questions

What AI tools do you train on?

Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Google Gemini, and AI services on AWS and Azure. If your team uses something else, ask. We can build training around it.

Do you offer AI governance training?

Yes. We help organizations design AI governance programs and train the people who will run them, and we teach governance certifications including IAPP AIGP, ISACA AAISM, AAIA, and AAIR, and CompTIA SecAI+.

What’s the difference between user-level and technical AI awareness?

User-level awareness is for everyone who uses AI: acceptable use, protecting sensitive data, and checking AI output. Technical awareness is for the people who build, deploy, and secure AI systems: model and data risk, access controls, and monitoring. Most organizations need both.

Can you train our people on our own AI systems?

Yes. Our content development team can build training around your own tools, policies, and models, including models you run on your own infrastructure.

Is the training online or onsite?

Either one, or a mix of both. We teach online or at your location, anywhere in the world, scheduled around your team’s time zones.

Can the training be customized?

Yes. We can start from our existing courses or build something new, in whatever format works for your team, and teach it as a private class.

How do we get started?

Book a 15-minute call or request a quote below. Many organizations start with an executive briefing for leaders or a skills assessment for the team, then build training from there.
